Since 1986 we have manufactured quality knife guides out of solid stainless steel for the Trio FDS series fish skinning machine. Our proprietary stress relief process during machining avoids the undesirable warping that other knife guide makers cause by heavy clamping pressures and work hardening at high speed and feed rates. The result to you is a knife guide with easier blade alignment and longer service life.
